4.2 You agree to notify greatph immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. greatph will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
4.3 greatph strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. While 2FA is optional, it significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access.
4.4 greatph will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from greatph that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
5.1 greatph accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page and may be updated from time to time.
5.2 Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. greatph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
5.3 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. greatph targets processing of GCash withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval, though actual transfer times may vary depending on network conditions.
5.4 greatph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if greatph has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
5.5 Players are responsible for any applicable taxes on winnings in their jurisdiction. greatph does not withhold or remit taxes on behalf of Players unless required by applicable law.
6.1 greatph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms.
6.2 Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the promotion terms.
6.3 greatph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited to a Player's Account and are subject to active wagering will not be retroactively altered.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.
9.3 The greatph name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of greatph. You may not use these marks without the prior written consent of greatph.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, greatph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
10.2 greatph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
10.3 greatph's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude greatph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12.2 Upon termination of an Account for cause, greatph may forfeit any Bonus balances and withhold real-money balances pending investigation. Where no breach is found following investigation, any legitimate real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.
12.3 You may close your Account at any time by contacting greatph support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your registered payment method after deduction of any outstanding obligations. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the greatph Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiation. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Philippines.
13.3 Nothing in this clause shall prevent greatph from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
14.1 greatph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, greatph will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
14.2 Your continued use of the greatph Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
